A thorough Assessment and Evaluation is completed prior to the start of the school year. These assessment tests are performed again following each academic quarter to monitor progress and performance.
InBody Scan
The InBody Scan provides an objective measurement of athlete weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle mass. This helps us make sure athletes are gaining the proper form of weight through our training by adding lean body mass as they are naturally growing. We also have a Nutrition Coach on staff should athletes need guidance on how to fuel their body as an athlete.
Sparta Science Force Plate Assessment
The cutting-edge Sparta Force Platform is an important part of the Parisi Training Systems assessment. The Sparta Force Plate uses advanced algorithms to accurately assess individual performance and injury risk. This technology is a staple within all major professional and collegiate organizations and we at Parisi Speed School are proud to be one of the only privately owned facilities to use them. The information provided by the force plate aids our Performance Coaches in putting together the best program to ensure the athletic success of young athletes.

40-yd Dash
The 40-yd dash is a standard benchmark test used to measure speed and also a great opportunity for our coaches to evaluate each athlete’s running mechanics.
5-10-5
The 5-10-5 is a benchmark test that measures an athletes ability to change direction. This is also a great test to measure lateral speed as well as movement mechanics.
Broad Jump
The broad jump test measures an athlete’s explosive ability as well as an athlete’s overall balance and ability to land safely.
Push Up Test
This is a max push up test that serves as measurement of relative body strength. As an athlete, it is important to be strong in relation to your own body weight.
